⏱️ How long does shipping take?
Most orders are delivered within 3–10 business days after being shipped. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.
Once your order ships, the tracking number will activate—just keep in mind it may take some time to show updates as it travels to your local courier.
? Why is my tracking not updating yet?
After your tracking code is created, it can take a few business days before updates appear. This is normal and simply means your package is on its way to the local courier.
Your parcel is not lost—it’s still in transit and will start updating once it arrives and gets scanned locally.
? Where is my order right now?
If your tracking hasn't moved, your package is likely still en route to your country. Once it arrives and is scanned by your local carrier, you'll see more detailed updates.
Until then, it may look like it's not moving—but it is!
? My tracking says "delivered," but I didn’t receive anything
Please check with neighbors, building staff, or your mailbox. Couriers often mark packages as delivered just before they actually arrive.

?♀️ It’s been a few days with no tracking updates—should I worry?
Not at all! International packages often experience short tracking lags while in transit or customs.
