?️ What does “label created” mean?
“Label created” means your order has left our warehouse and the carrier has picked it up. It’s moving through the international shipment network.
In the first few days after this status, tracking might not update while the package is in the air or going through customs. This often takes 2–8 days depending on schedules and checks.
⏱️ How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after shipping. Weekends and holidays don’t count as business days. Free shipping applies to orders above €90.
? Why is my tracking not updating yet?
Tracking can take a few business days to show updates after it’s first created. This is normal. Your parcel is still en route to your local carrier.
? Where is my order right now?
If tracking hasn’t moved, your parcel is likely still on the way to your country or waiting for its first local scan.
Once it’s scanned by your delivery service, you’ll see updates.
? My tracking says “delivered,” but I didn’t receive anything
Check with neighbours, building staff, or your mailbox. Couriers sometimes mark packages delivered a bit early.

?️ I didn’t get all items, or something arrived broken. What now?
If an item is missing, incorrect, defective, or arrived damaged, please contact us at support@scandivv.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll review it and offer the best possible solution.
After 24 hours, we can no longer guarantee that missing items are related to shipping.
? It’s been a few days with no tracking updates. Should I worry?
Not at all. International shipments often have short lags while moving through transit or customs.
If there are no updates for 7+ business days, reach out and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
