Orders within Europe
For orders within Europe, you can email us to get a return label sent to you. To initiate a return, simply email us at contact@scandivv.com with your order details. We will respond within 1-2 days. Please note that the price for the return label will be deducted from the refund amount. You can also choose to send the parcel with your own preferred shipping method (don't forget to include a note with your order number when chosen for this method).
Orders outside Europe
For orders outside Europe, the return process is slightly different. You will need to arrange the return shipment through your preferred shipping method. To proceed, select a reliable shipping carrier of your choice. You may want to consider using a trackable service to ensure the parcel reaches us safely. Clearly write our return address on the parcel. Our return address can be found in the tracking link. To help us process your return more efficiently, include a note with your order number, your name, and contact information inside the parcel. This information is crucial for us to match the return with your order. Take the parcel to your chosen shipping carrier and send it back to us.
Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Also note that any items that are marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned.
