Return policy

Returns & Refunds

At Scandivv, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your needs. That's why we have a return policy in place :)

Return window

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights (including the EU right of withdrawal).

Eligibility

  • Items must be in original condition: unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Returns with signs of wear or missing packaging may receive a partial refund.

How to start a return

Email support@scandivv.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return.

Our return address is in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. We’ll reply with the address and instructions within 1–2 business days. Please include a note inside the parcel with your order number and name.

Return shipping

Customers arrange and pay for return shipping. You may use any carrier. We strongly recommend a trackable service as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

International return 
To avoid extra import charges, clearly mark the parcel: “Returned goods – no commercial value.” If duties, taxes, or handling fees are charged to us because the parcel was not declared correctly, these amounts will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. For a new size or style, please place a new order and return the original.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of delivery if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This window helps us file carrier claims on time.

Include clear photos of the item, outer packaging, and shipping label so we can resolve it quickly. Please keep all packaging materials until we confirm the claim.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Refunds

  • Once your return arrives and is approved, we process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or card provider may need extra time to post the funds.

Outbound shipping fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by law.
  • EU right of withdrawal: if you return your entire order within 14 days under your statutory right, we will refund the standard outbound shipping you paid (if any). Upgraded delivery (e.g., express) is not refunded.
  • Partial returns: outbound shipping is not refunded. If your order originally qualified for free shipping and your kept items fall below the free-shipping threshold after a partial return, we deduct the standard shipping fee for your country from the refund.

Promotions, bundles & gifts

  • For offers like Buy X, Get Y (e.g., 3+1): if you return paid items, we recalculate the order as if the promotion no longer applies to the returned items. Any value of free/discounted items that no longer qualifies will be deducted from your refund.
  • If a gift with purchase is no longer eligible after your return, please include the gift (unopened). Otherwise, the gift’s value may be deducted.
