Are duties and taxes included?

Yes. All Scandivv orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). Duties, import taxes, and applicable customs fees are prepaid, so the checkout price is the final price for your order.

That means no surprise duties, taxes, or customs fees on delivery.

Has my order shipped yet?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. If your order was just shipped, allow a little time for tracking to update. The first detailed scan often appears when the package reaches your country.

My tracking has not updated. What should I do?

If your tracking says "label created" or "shipping label created," it usually means your order has been packed and a carrier label has been generated, but the carrier has not scanned the package into their network yet. This status can stay visible for a few business days, especially while the parcel is moving between our dispatch partner and the first carrier scan.

International tracking can also pause between dispatch and the first local carrier scan. Keep an eye on your tracking link first. If there are no updates for 7+ business days after shipping, email support@scandivv.com with your order number and we will check with the carrier.

My order is taking longer than expected. When will it arrive?

Most delays are caused by carrier capacity, holidays, customs checks, local delivery attempts, or peak sale periods. If your package has already been scanned in your country, it is usually with the local delivery service and should continue moving soon.

My tracking says delivered, but I have not received my package.

Please check with neighbors, building staff, your household, and any safe delivery spots around your address. If you still cannot find the package, email support@scandivv.com with your order number so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Email support@scandivv.com as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We process orders quickly, so changes are not guaranteed once the order is already being prepared or shipped.

What if my package is lost in transit?

If tracking shows no updates for 7+ business days, email support@scandivv.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and help resolve the order.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How do I return an order?

Email support@scandivv.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send the return instructions.

When shipping your return, include a note inside the package with your order number so we can identify it. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, because returns sent without tracking are at your own risk.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

Email support@scandivv.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We will help get the correct item sorted.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email support@scandivv.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item. We will review it and arrange the right replacement or refund solution.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and approve your return, we process the refund within 5 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Can I return earrings?

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Does your jewelry tarnish?

Many Scandivv pieces are made with stainless steel or gold plating, and the material for each specific product is listed on its product page.

Stainless steel is highly resistant to tarnishing, will not rust, and will not turn green. Clean it gently with a dry, soft cloth and avoid harsh chemicals so the finish stays bright.

Gold-plated pieces have a delicate layer of real gold. Keep them dry and away from perfume, lotions, sunscreen, skincare products, sweat, and harsh chemicals so the plating lasts as long as possible.

Is Scandivv jewelry waterproof?

Some pieces are tagged waterproof, which means they are more resistant to contact with water than more delicate pieces. Dry them after contact with moisture and avoid chlorine, salt water, perfume, lotions, sunscreen, skincare products, and harsh chemicals to protect the finish.

Always check the product page for the material and care details of the specific piece you are ordering.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Store your jewelry dry, clean it with a soft dry cloth, and keep it away from harsh chemicals. For gold-plated pieces, avoid water, perfume, lotions, sunscreen, skincare products, and heavy sweating.

Natural freshwater pearls and stones are unique and can be affected by chemicals, so put them on after skincare and perfume have dried.

Does the warranty cover repairs?

Yes. If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it. Contact us with your order details and photos of the issue.

The warranty does not cover lost items, scratches from normal wear, improper use or storage, or modifications made by a third party. See the Warranty page for full details.

How does the 3+1 Free offer work when it is active?

When the 3+1 Free offer is active, add 4 eligible items to your cart and the lowest-priced item is automatically free at checkout.

Can I mix and match styles in 3+1 Free?

Yes. Eligible rings, earrings, necklaces, and other styles can be combined when the promotion is active.

Can I combine 3+1 Free with another discount code?

No. The 3+1 Free offer cannot be stacked with another discount code. Gift cards can still be used.

Can I return something from a 3+1 order?

Yes. If you only return the free item, there is no refund for that item. If you return paid items, we recalculate the order as if the promotion no longer applied and adjust the refund accordingly.

For example, if you bought 4 rings at €50 each and paid €150 with the 3+1 offer, returning 1 paid ring means the new total is still €150, so no refund is issued. Returning 2 paid rings makes the new total €100, so the refund is €50.

Payments

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. Digital gift cards are available in multiple amounts and are delivered by email. They can be used at checkout.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Only one discount code can be applied per order. Gift cards can still be used with an order.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes. All jewelry comes in cute packaging, ready for gifting.

I did not receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, email support@scandivv.com and we will resend it and confirm your order status.
