Questions?	We're here to help. Email support@scandivv.com and our team will respond promptly.

We currently ship worldwide. Transit times are estimates after dispatch and may vary based on carrier capacity, holidays, customs procedures, local delivery attempts, and peak sale periods.

Scandivv is not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control after dispatch, including carrier, customs, weather, public-holiday, or local-delivery delays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Checkout shows the final shipping amount in your local currency. Duties and taxes are prepaid where DDP is available. If DDP is unavailable, we contact you before dispatch with an estimate and let you freely choose either cancellation for a full refund or explicit acceptance. We do not dispatch until you choose, so there is no unexpected customs bill after dispatch.
