Questions
What do my followers get?
Your followers get 10% off their order when they use your personal code at checkout. It's a nice thank-you for them, and every order placed with it earns you 5% commission.
How do I get paid?
Your commission is paid in cash through Shopify Collabs. Once you're approved, add your PayPal or bank details in the Collabs app. You can follow your orders and commission there too.
Do returned orders count?
Only orders that are kept count. If an order is returned or cancelled, it doesn't earn commission and doesn't count toward your 15 orders.
Can I use my own code?
No. Your code is for your followers, so it can't be used for your own orders.
What do I get as a Scandivv creator?
Once 15 orders have been placed with your code or link, you become one of our Scandivv creators. You'll receive gifted pieces to style and post, and your content may be featured on our channels. We sometimes gift pieces to affiliates before that too, so keep sharing!
Do I have to post a set amount?
Not at all. There's no minimum, so post whenever it feels right for you. When you share Scandivv with your code or link, just tag @scandivvthelabel so we can find your post.
Where can I share my code?
Anywhere on your own channels: your bio, stories, posts, Reels and TikToks. Please don't share it on coupon or deal sites, and don't run paid ads with it or with the Scandivv name. These rules keep the programme fair for every creator.
Can I join the creator fund too?
Yes, you can do both. Alongside your commission, you can submit Reels and TikToks to the Scandivv creator fund and earn store credit when a post reaches 10,000 organic views.
The details and full terms
Eligibility. You need at least 1,000 followers on Instagram or TikTok and can be based in any country Scandivv ships to. Apply through Shopify Collabs. Scandivv reviews every application and may decline applications that do not meet the programme requirements or align with brand standards.
Your code. Your followers get 10% off with your personal discount code. Share your code and link on your own channels only. You can't use your own code for your own orders. Your code must not be misused: do not share it on coupon or deal sites, and do not use it for fraudulent or fake orders.
No ads. Do not run paid ads with your code, your link or the Scandivv name. This includes paid social ads and search ads.
Commission. You earn 5% commission on orders placed with your code or link. Commission is tracked in Shopify Collabs and paid in cash through Shopify Collabs. Returned or cancelled orders earn no commission.
Content. There is no minimum number of posts. Tag @scandivvthelabel when you post with your code or link.
Creator status. After 15 orders with your code or link, excluding returned and cancelled orders, you become a Scandivv creator. Creators receive gifted pieces and their content may be featured on Scandivv's channels. Scandivv may also gift pieces to affiliates at its discretion.
Creator fund. Affiliates can also take part in the Scandivv creator fund under its own terms.
Cancellation and suspension. Scandivv has the right to cancel or suspend your participation and your code, for example if you break these terms, misuse your code or post content that does not align with brand standards.
