Shipping rates
Our shipping rates are calculated based on the destination of your order. Based on your location, the shipping rates are as follows:

The Netherlands: Shipping rate is €5, and shipping is free when your order is over €80.
Europe: Shipping rate is €8 and shipping is free when your order is over €100.
International: Shipping rate is €15, and shipping is free when your order is over €200.

Tracking
We will send your order between 2-15 days. This is because we have a high demand, due to the holidays. We will try to go back to our usual 3 days asap! <3 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Duration
Once shipped, door to door shipping times vary based on your location.
The Netherlands: Delivery normally takes 1-2 business days
Europe: Delivery normally takes 3-9 business days
International: Delivery normally takes 10-21 business days

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 5 business days of us receiving the item.
