We have seen other sellers reuse our photos, including pictures of me, Robin. Here is how to check you are shopping with us and how to flag a website or account that looks like Scandivv.
I started Scandivv in my apartment in Amsterdam. The photos we share are part of our story, so seeing them elsewhere can be confusing. A copied photo does not make another seller part of Scandivv.
Seen our photos on another website?
We have seen other sellers reuse photos of Robin and our products. A familiar face, photo or logo does not mean a website or account belongs to Scandivv. Send us the link if you would like us to check it.
What should I check before ordering?
Look at the full website address, not just the name or photos on the page. Open scandivv.com directly if you are unsure about a link. Check the seller’s contact details and return policy before paying.
A padlock or HTTPS connection alone does not confirm who runs a website.
How do I report a copied website or account?
Email us the website address or social profile link, along with a screenshot of what you saw. That helps our team identify the page or account you mean. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.
