Choose one method. If you already have a ring that fits, measure the inside diameter. If not, measure around your finger with paper or string.
Option 1: use a ring Measure straight across the inside of a ring that already fits you.
Option 2: use paper Wrap paper around your finger, mark the overlap, then lay it flat and measure it.
