We will acknowledge your withdrawal without undue delay and send the Amsterdam return address and return instructions.

If your order has already been dispatched, you must return the products after receiving our return instructions. Where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until we receive the products or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.
